Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and formulate nursing diagnoses and plans using the Nursing Process.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate care with patients, families and health team members.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately and safely.
• Document patient status, plan of care and outcomes in the medical record.
• Participate in patient teaching and quality improvement activities.
