Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient by compiling database and formulating nursing diagnoses.

• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; document care.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and team; ensure clear charting.
• Coordinate daily patient care and supervise ancillary staff.
