Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of OR experience. This on-site, 0.6 FTE position includes rotating weekends and no postoperative call Monday through Thursday.

You must have an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license in Indiana; a BSN is desirable. The Franciscan team delivers compassionate, faith-based care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care, including perioperative nursing responsibilities.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the operating room and post-anesthesia settings.
