Franciscan Alliance, Inc. in Crown Point, IN is seeking registered nurses for open heart operating room assignments. This is a .6 FTE day shift opening with on-call within 30 minutes.

Start pay is $34.00 per hour, with opportunities for professional development in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Applicants should have an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a valid Indiana RN license; operating room experience is strongly encouraged.

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in IN (NLC if applicable).
• Operating room experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total comprehensive nursing care and patient assessments.
• Develop, implement, and reevaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with OR team and maintain 1:1 patient focus where applicable.
• Be available for on-call as required within 30 minutes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experienced Nurses Required - Operating Room Preferred
