Ascension's Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, TX, is hiring for an Orthopedic Unit RN on the day shift. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate care across disciplines, and ensure physician and nursing orders are carried out to support patient outcomes.

You’ll assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team, maintain documentation, and contribute to a supportive, compliant care environment in a Catholic health system that values service and growth.

Competenze

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
• One year RN experience (preferred).

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
