You will implement, monitor, and adapt personalized care plans, acting as the primary advocate for your patients by communicating critical condition changes in real-time.
Serving as the central hub of the clinical team, youâll harmonize efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated healthcare journey.
Youâll expertly translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy are at the forefront of everything you do.
Your expertise will guide patients beyond our walls as you collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful, comprehensive discharge plans.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
