Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Group to deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will perform triage, education, charting in Epic, and collaborate with the Practice Manager and physicians. After six months, two remote days per month may be available.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider
• 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital; 2 years Women’s Health preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages
• Chart in Epic EMR

Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Remote Opportunity: After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month
• Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 730-1pm
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required. 2 years of Women?s Healthcare experience preferred.
