Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for its Medical Group. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional travel to other locations. You will provide nursing care, perform phone triage, manage prior authorizations, and document in Epic.

IL licensure required, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of RN experience in clinical settings. Endeavor Health supports professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
