Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time role. You will provide nursing care under physician supervision, perform phone triage, manage test results, refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.

Epic charting is required as part of daily duties. The ideal candidate has IL licensure, NLN-accredited training, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of office or hospital nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
• NLN-accredited nursing program completion; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Highland Park, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Monday through Friday 8am ? 5pm, Saturday between 8am ? 12pm
• Required Travel: Travel based upon department needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
