Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Highland Park, IL. This full-time position offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with Saturday 8am–12pm hours and travel as needed.

You will provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and physicians, handle phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and educate patients. IL licensure and BSN preferred; BLS/CPR required; Epic charting used.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL is required.
• NLN-accredited school of nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and physicians.
• Phone triage, review results, med refills, prior authorizations, patient education.
• Respond to NorthShore Connect messages and chart in Epic.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday between 8am - 12pm
Required Travel: Travel based upon department needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
