- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Maryland RN license is mandatory.
- Certification in CPR required.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Cerner and Healthstream.
- Strong nursing terminology knowledge and nursing process.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office familiarity.

Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team.
- BSN or ASN.
- Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- Maryland RN license.
- American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Healthstream; Standard Office Equipment.
- Medical terminology: Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act.
- Critical thinking skills.
