Job summary

LifeBridge Health Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The role covers telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac care, and med-surg recovery, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.

Essentially two days of orientation and ongoing learning with clinical educators. New graduates are welcome to apply; BSN preferred. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license
• ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred
• BLS required (AHA); ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Previous PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Summary

Join a growing healthcare system at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses
• Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Experience

Essential: Less than one year

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license

Pay Range

$37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
