Job summary

El Centro Regional Medical Center’s ER #7010 Nights is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee total patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she will initiate healthcare training for patients and families to facilitate recovery and promote a safe, clean working environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the total care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient assigned. He/she initiates healthcare training and education to the patient and/or patient’s family to facilitate recovery. Promote and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. He/she will also provide safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the state, and federal agencies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse by the State of California
• CPR *American Heart Association
• Minimum of six (6) months experience on an acute care unit as RN
• ACLS *American Heart Association
• PALS *

Position Pay Range: $36.00 -$57.00/hour
