El Centro Regional Medical Center is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for the day shift. The RN provides total patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, with emphasis on safety and family education. A California RN license is required; CPR is mandatory, ACLS and PALS preferred.
Minimum six months of acute care RN experience is expected. The posted pay range is $36.00–$57.00/hour, with California pay transparency and possible regional adjustments for remote workers.
The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the total care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient assigned. He/she initiates healthcare training and education to the patient and/or patient’s family to facilitate recovery. Promote and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. He/she will also provide safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the state, and federal agencies.
