El Centro Regional Medical Center in California seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in the Surgery Department. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and educate patients and families to support recovery.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment and delivering care in compliance with facility procedures and state/federal regulations. California RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and CNOR preference are required or preferred.
The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the total care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient assigned. He/she initiates healthcare training and education to the patient and/or patient’s family to facilitate recovery. Promote and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. He/she will also provide safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the state, and federal agencies.

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
