El Centro Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN to provide total patient care in the MED/SURG department. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, along with patient/family education to facilitate recovery.
The nurse must hold an active California RN license and CPR certification. The position pays $36.00–$57.00 per hour, with pay determined by experience and licensure, in California, and may include a geographic differential for out-of-state remote work.
The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the total care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient assigned. He/she initiates healthcare training and education to the patient and/or patient’s family to facilitate recovery. Promote and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. He/she will also provide safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the state, and federal agencies.
