Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Current PA RN license and BLS required or active.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with patient and care partners.
• Utilize information systems to document care and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Support learning and provide education to patients and families.
