Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

• Effective communication including partnership with patients and families and delegation
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescription in care
• Discharge planning and post-discharge needs coordination
• Knowledge of health information documentation and record-keeping
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• RN license in state of practice

Responsibilities
