Qualificações

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Active RN license in state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Use health IT to support care, monitor outcomes, and improve safety.
• Participate in interprofessional teams with open communication and respect.
• Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution to promote inclusion.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement committees.
