Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care across multiple units. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with care partners, and ensure safety and quality.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, PA RN license, and strong communication. ICU/critical care experience preferred; shift is full-time nights, 36 hours weekly; position rotates between Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient-and family-centered practice and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse care partners.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families and staff to deliver care.
• Integrates evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
• Educates patients and families on learning priorities and care plans.
• Minimizes risk and follows nursing protocols.
• Uses information technology to support care and documentation.
• Monitors outcomes to improve quality and safety of care.
