Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support a designated unit with patient- and family-centered care. You will use the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs, while serving as a clinical resource and mentor to colleagues.

The role involves leading daily operations, coordinating care across shifts, and contributing to Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives. Full-time, night shift with 36 hours weekly; benefits provided.

Competenze

• Specialized diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or progress toward BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Current PA RN license and BLS certification.

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Collects and assesses patient data, plans care with consideration of patient preferences and culture.
