Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU to provide compassionate, high-quality care. You will implement the nursing process, advocate for patients, and document care in a collaborative environment.

This full-time position features a 12-hour day shift, with every third weekend and every other holiday rotation. Tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Indiana RN licensure required; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• NICU experience 6+ months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process according to current standards.
• Direct patient care and advocate for patients and families.
• Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.

• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

• Experience: 6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU is preferred
