JOB DETAILS:

1. Ratios: 1:6 flex based on needs in organization
2. Shift: 12hr NIGHTS
3. 36 hours ONLY
4. ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer***
5. Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO (Centralized Resource Nursing Pool). The float pool currently covers three campuses, mainly at the main campus, but also at New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital and Pender Memorial Hospital. Staff are notified 2 hrs before shifts and will float across medical/Surgical floors.
6. Weekend Requirement: every other weekend

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Floating between medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Assisting in caring for patients in the ED who are inpatient.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Contract staff may care for COVID patients. During increased census, ratios may be higher. Staff are expected to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters. Mid-contract consolidation to the Centralized Office may occur, and staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.

SCHEDULING TYPE: Based on scheduling gaps

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hrs (2 shifts)

SCRUBS: Navy
