Incredible Health in Camden, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit. You will provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns, monitor vitals, and educate families on infant care and breastfeeding.

Ideal candidates bring an ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/NRP, and 1+ year in mother-baby/postpartum/L&D. Strong EMR skills and empathetic patient-centered care are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other providers for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ year experience in a mother-baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic patient and family-centered care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring both patients for signs of complications
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of both maternal and newborn vital signs
• Provide emotional support and education to new mothers, focusing on: safe, effective infant care, breastfeeding, and self-care post-delivery, while empowering them to care for themselves and their newborns
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care during and after hospital stay
• Accurately document maternal and newborn assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with hospital policies and procedures
