Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN in Holmdel, NJ to join a network of hospitals actively hiring. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, and 1+ year L&D experience.

You will monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications including epidurals, and provide education and support to patients and families while collaborating with obstetricians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and healthcare team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments, including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, making timely interventions as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including epidurals and intravenous fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Document and report patient status, changes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
