Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Old Bridge, NJ. Requires ADN or higher and active RN license, with 1+ year in Labor and Delivery or related field preferred. BLS/ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring fetal status, administering medications, and providing patient education and support. Shift flexibility includes day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in EHR and medical equipment used in Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for laboring mothers with obstetricians and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, intervening as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed, including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout labor and delivery.
• Document and report patient status and outcomes per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
