Job summary

RADIAS Health in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACT) delivering comprehensive care to adults with mental illness and substance use disorders in home and community settings.

You will administer medications, coordinate treatment with psychiatrists, participate in team meetings, and help develop recovery plans. RADIAS Health supports ongoing training and supervision to advance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree and experience in inpatient, outpatient, or community psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in medication administration, education and medical services.
• Develop, maintain and supervise medication policies and procedures; administer psychotropic medications.
• Evaluate medication effectiveness and side effects, coordinate lab work and follow protocols.
• Participate in daily team meetings and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with ACT psychiatrists and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer IM medications and manage pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Maintain records of controlled medications and facilitate required reporting.
• Provide cross-training on integration of mental and physical health with the ACT team.
• Work with clients on psychiatric rehabilitation, support, and psychotherapeutic interventions.
