Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in Delaware (state).
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Pre-employment Tuberculin Skin Test.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor medications and injections.
• Conduct psychiatric, nursing, and physical health assessments.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, and behavioral healthcare services.
• Provide in-home nursing care and ADL support.
