Job summary

Ascension's MedSurg Oncology team in Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time, to deliver and monitor patient care plans and coordinate care across disciplines. You will note and execute physician and nursing orders, assist with discharge planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Required: Wisconsin RN license or compact license and BLS within 1 month; diploma from an accredited nursing program; you will be supported by

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
• Wisconsin licensure OR multi-state/Compact State license.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
