Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team supporting multiple campuses and lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will build strong patient and family relationships in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing education. You will contribute to performance improvement, support patient safety, and work to reduce readmissions while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency in computer data entry required.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
