Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to support a multi-campus care team on a night shift. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based care and build meaningful patient and family connections.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to patient care plans, and use of Epic and 3M systems. RN license in the US, BLS/ACLS, BSN preferred, and at least 2 years Med Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state Compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
