Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical-Surgical Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions while working as part of a collaborative community hospital team. Our Medical-Surgical team offers the variety that makes community hospital nursing unique. Nurses care for patients across a range of diagnoses, ages, and acuity levels, with exposure to MedSurg, telemetry, intermediate care, and ED overflow. As a MedSurg RN, you’ll build broad clinical experience while caring for diverse patients in a collaborative team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education: Diploma in Nursing (Required)

PAY RANGE

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum $41.82 - $54.06 - $66.30
