Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical–Surgical Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. You will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions as part of a collaborative community hospital team.

This MedSurg RN role offers exposure to telemetry, intermediate care and ED overflow, with a focus on building broad clinical experience in a supportive Baystate Health system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience.
