Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Group for full-time employment. You will provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and physicians, perform triage, test result reviews, and patient education.

The role requires IL licensure, ASN minimum (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR, and 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting. EpIC EMR charting is part of the daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• ASN minimum education required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Perform phone triage, review test results, process medication refills, handle prior authorizations, and educate patients.
• Respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients and document in the EMR.
• Chart in Epic electronic medical record.

Position Highlights

• Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
