Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse in Skokie with travel to Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals. Full-time hours are 6am–11:30am, Mon–Fri, with occasional on-call requirements including weeknights and weekends.

The role delivers safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations using the nursing process and emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RN must be graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• IL RN license CPR/BLS required.
• 6 months RN experience in a comparable role preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Utilizes the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Includes patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate.
• Maintains regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assumes responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care and to make decisions based on their therapeutic relationship with the patient.
• Guides and directs assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicates and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Skokie (ability to travel to Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park Hospitals)
• Full time Hours: Availability to start between 6am and 11:30am Mon - Fri with call requirements (weeknights and weekends included)

What you will do
