Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group in Bannockburn, IL. This full-time role supports nursing care under Physicians and a Practice Manager, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:30am to 5pm and occasional travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities include phone triage, coordinating test results and refills, authorizations, patient education, and documenting in Epic EMR. IL licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred and at least 1 year of office or hospital

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

• Handle phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Location: Bannockburn, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm Required Travel: Travel to other sites based on department need

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
