Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group, based in Bannockburn, IL. This full-time role supports nursing care under physicians and office management, including triage, patient education, and EMR charting in Epic.

Required IL nursing licensure, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of office or hospital nursing experience. Travel to other locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• One year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Bannockburn, IL


• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM


• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians

What you will need:
