United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking an RN to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for post-surgical and medical patients. The role ensures high-quality, safe patient care in compliance with federal/state standards and professional nursing organizations, including MSE assessments as delegated.

The RN will respond to patients with healthcare needs, perform medical screening exams as directed, and utilize MediTech for registering patients,

Qualificações

• Active Texas RN license
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications (or facility offers them)
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to make nursing judgments using critical thinking
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope and hospital policies.
• Assess psychosocial, educational, and physical needs across age groups.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and develop plans of care.
• Educate patients and families and document education.
• Manage pain and monitor medication administration.
• Document according to policy and utilize hospital EMR systems.
