The role focuses on pre- and post-surgical care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration with doctors and staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will excel in bedside assessments, documentation, and clear communication within the healthcare team, while upholding patient rights and confidentiality on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to monitor telemetry reliably.
• Knowledge of surgical and specialty patient care (GI, urology, ENT).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
• Solid understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
