Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg Orthopedics team at Winter Haven Hospital. The RN provides patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position requires Florida RN license, BLS, and at least 6 months of acute care experience, with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Night shifts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Position Description:

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.
