Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Orthopedics unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital - North in Lutz, FL. The role covers nights and full-time hours, serving a diverse patient population with orthopedic needs.

The RN responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
