Job summary

BayCare Health System's Winter Haven Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Neurology Unit on nights. You will provide direct patient care on a high-quality unit and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and ADN, with shift details: Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical /Surgical Neurology Unit at Winter Haven Hospital . Winter Haven Hospital is recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving the health of the communities we serve.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.

Key Responsibilities
