Job summary

BayCare Health System's Winter Haven Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Neurology Unit on nights. You will provide direct patient care on a high-quality unit and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and ADN, with shift details: Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff.
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age.
• Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development.
