BayCare Health System's Winter Haven Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg Oncology unit on the Nights shift. You will deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced, evidence-based environment and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

You must hold an active RN license, prefer ADN, and be BLS certified with at least 6 months of acute care experience.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license is required.
BLS certification required.
Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) preferred.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
