Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical/Surgical Neurology Unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care, and participates in ongoing professional development.

The RN will work on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit, adhering to nursing processes and clinical standards, while supporting patient safety and high-quality

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.

Requirements
