Vitruvian Health seeks an experienced RN to provide direct patient care on a designated unit, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

This role leads care for adult, geriatric, pediatric and adolescent patients as needed and may assume Shift Leader responsibilities to support advancement and professional growth within a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Georgia or a multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required; PALS and ACLS preferred.
• 1+ years experience in area of specialty.
• Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Georgia.
• Level II – Participation in PI Study and Inservice Program Presentation.

JOB SUMMARY

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Works in typical acute health care setting with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of medical and/or surgical problems. Required to work flexible schedule including weekends. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions. Requires exposure to communicable disease or body fluids.
