Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Jersey City, NJ to provide compassionate, high-quality care for diverse medical-surgical patients. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with care teams to support safe discharge planning.

The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, and proficiency with EMR systems. Strong clinical skills and patient education are essential for success.

Competenze

• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications
