Incredible Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Med Surg in Somerville, NJ. Multiple shifts available (day, night, mid). Positions open as full-time, part-time, and per diem in a magnet-recognized teaching hospital.

Responsibilities include direct patient care across acute and chronic conditions, medication administration, vitals monitoring, collaboration with care teams, patient education, and thorough documentation per hospital policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in med-surg or similar.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
