Incredible Health is recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Cedartown, GA. Shifts available: day and night, with both full-time and part-time positions.

Nurses with experience in Cardiac, Oncology, Orthopedic and other areas are encouraged to apply to join a busy academic medical center environment. • Must have ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• At least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and implement treatment plans as directed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR in compliance with policies.
