Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit in Fort Collins, CO. The role supports diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions, requiring bedside care, medication administration, and collaborative discharge planning.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting care, and educating patients and families on disease management and post-discharge needs.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience in med-surg or similar setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.

Salary: $62,030 to $101,550 /year
